2. Financial Education:
Incorporating education on saving, budgeting, and banking practices to empower women with the knowledge to make informed financial decisions.
3. Training on Business Operations:
Comprehensive training on budgeting, permitting, marketing, and operations to ensure the success of small local businesses. Equipping women with the skills needed to establish and grow their enterprises.
4. Paid On-the-Job Training:
Offering paid on-the-job training to facilitate women's entry into the workforce. This hands-on experience will enhance their skills and increase employability.
5. Matching Microloans and Stipends:
Providing microloans to women entrepreneurs, enabling them to establish or sustain businesses. Stipends will support the purchase of equipment and supplies, fostering business sustainability.
